Route 25 to close temporarily near BNSF tracks in Aurora Wednesday

A section of Route 25 in Aurora will be closed temporarily Wednesday to drives for immediate repairs, a City of Aurora spokesperson said Tuesday night.

Route 25 will be closed to traffic just north of Illinois Avenue from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. According to a news release, BNSF informed the city of Aurora that they needed to conduct repairs on the section of rail that crosses there. Alternate routes will be posted.
