Aurora cops hunting man who robbed convenience store

Aurora police are asking the public for help in solving a weekend robbery at a gas station convenience store on the 2800 block of Ogden Avenue.

Police said a white man entered the store around 3 p.m. Sunday, implied he had a weapon and demanded cash from the two employees working the counter. He escaped on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is around 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs between 170 and 190 pounds, police said. He was wearing dark glasses and a dark hooded sweatshirt.

No injuries were reported.
