If fish could vote ...

Due to the negative environmental impact, Chicago backs plans to block Asian carp from entering Lake Michigan at the Brandon Road Lock and Dam.

Yet, Chicago is a sanctuary city, allowing illegal immigrants to enter and stay in the U.S., even proposing use of City ID cards to allow voter registration. Too bad for the Asian carp that they can't vote.
