Beware tyranny from the 'radical left'

In response to James A. McCormick's letter calling the conservatives in America Nazis, I truly believe that the “extreme radical left” has done its job convincing James that the conservatives in this country are worse than the Nazis of World War II.

He is confusing the left with the right. The left are the ones who want to do away with the Second Amendment “for the good of the country.” Adolf Hitler stated that a conqueror must not allow citizens to be armed. This is exactly what the Democrats, the radical left, have been trying to do for decades, and to this day are still trying to do.

If America goes the route of the radical left, we will end up an unarmed nation heading in the same direction as Venezuela and North Korea. The left don't seem to remember that it was the Democrats that voted against freeing slaves and giving women and blacks the right to vote. They also seem to forget that the KKK was, and still is, a Democratic organization. Republicans voted 100 percent to free the slaves while 100 percent of Democrats voted against it.
