Warren 3, Lakes 1: Catherine Cullison had a goal and an assist, and the visiting Blue Devils captured the nonconference match in Lake Villa.

Morgan Liebau and Emily Soriaga also scored for Warren (2-0), while Courtney Chomko contributed an assist. Blue Devils keeper Sarah Barbosa had 3 saves.

Cullison, a freshman, has 3 goals in her first two games.

Lakes (0-3) got its lone goal from Mikayla Pecourek, unassisted midway through the second half. Eagles goalie Molly Bakrins made 10 saves.

"Warren was the better team as they capitalized on a few of their many chances," Lakes coach Kevin Kullby said. "Lakes had moments of good play on both sides of the ball but could not manage to score another goal."
