Girls soccer: Wauconda shuts down Johnsburg

Megan Sinnott scored 3 goals and teammate Savannah Johnson scored 2 and had 2 assists as Wauconda shut out Johnsburg 8-0 on Saturday in nonconference girls soccer action.

Wauconda goalie Jill Rejczyk had 1 save.

Grayslake North 2, Jacobs 2: Lauren Davis scored both goals for Grayslake North, off assists from Maddie Wilkinson and Maddie Kubas.

Grayslake North goalie Haley Leanna had 5 saves.

Round Lake sweeps: Round Lake got a 3-0 shutout win over Harvard and a 7-1 win over Auburn.

Against Harvard, Leslie Lopez, Claudia Hernandez and Anna Vazquez all had goals.

Against Auburn, Hernandez, Karla Gomez and Alexandria Wawrzyniak all had 2 goals apiece while Lopez added a goal as well.

Maine West 3, Grant 0: Goalie Lexi Werve had 12 saves for Grant.
