No on marijuana

As a Cook County voter I will be asked if Marijuana should be legalized. It can become an addictive drug. It is a DRUG. If today someone was to discover how to use the tobacco leaf to make cigarettes would we vote to legalize its use? It is an addictive DRUG. I would vote NO in both questions. I am a former smoker but ceased smoking only because I was hospitalized with a blood clot.
