House candidate has record of success
As I complete my final term as state representative, a lot of local residents and supporters have asked me who I plan to back as my replacement. My answer is Democrat Daniel Didech. In his time as the Vernon Township Supervisor, Daniel has followed through on promises he made to residents. He helped cut property taxes, pushed forward on plans to make government more efficient through consolidation and proactively fought against cases of sexual harassment at the township.
As a lifelong resident of our community, he understands the challenges we face and what needs to be done in Springfield. Daniel is supportive not only of a property tax freeze, but also increasing exemptions so that seniors, veterans and all homeowners can see their bill go down.
Daniel has important traits that I believe will make him a successful legislator, including a strong desire to hear from his constituents and a willingness to listen and compromise to find solutions. We need independent, progressive leaders with Daniel's track record to go to Springfield and fight on our behalf.
