Bunny Bash in Schaumburg March 24

The Schaumburg Park District will present its annual Bunny Bash event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 24, at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road in Schaumburg.

Activities include face painting, egg hunts, games, moon jumps, train rides, crafts and concessions. Pony rides and a petting zoo also will be available, weather permitting.

Participants should bring their cameras for photos with the Bunny.

"Bunny Bash is always a fun tradition that helps get everyone in the mood for spring," said Kathleen Benson, Bock Neighborhood Center manager and general program supervisor.

The preregistration cost by March 23 is $12 for children 2 and older. Day-of registration is $15 for children 2 and older. Children younger than 2 and adults are free. For more information, call (847) 490-7015 or visit parkfun.com.
