Elk Grove industrial building sold

Lee & Associates, a national commercial real estate providers with offices in Rosemont, has negotiated the sale of a 225,006-square-foot industrial building located at 1501 Nicholas Blvd. in Elk Grove Village.

GHP Group Inc., a large manufacturing company which specializes in electric fireplaces & accessories, electric log sets, portable heating products and barbecue grill products bought the building.

Chris Nelson, Ken Franzese and John Cassidy, principals of Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented the seller, Prologis. Chris Volkert and Brendan Green of Colliers International represented the buyer.
