TSW Alloy Wheels buys Itasca building

Lee & Associates, a national commercial real estate provider, has negotiated a sale transaction for a 34,052-square-foot industrial building located at 1550 Glenlake Ave. in Itasca.

Chris Nelson and Jeff Janda, principals of Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented the seller, Suntrans International.

Steve Ostrowski and Keith Stauber represented the buyer, TSW Alloy Wheels, an aftermarket alloy wheel company headquartered in California.
