Candidate has experience, skills needed in sheriff
I would like to ask for your help in restoring leadership to the Kane County Sheriff's Office. I had the pleasure of working with Republican sheriff's candidate Kevin Tindall for 25 years, and I know that Kevin is the man to get this done.
Kevin Tindall is a police officer, firefighter, paramedic, bomb tech, arson investigator, CPR instructor, and was a 17-year member of the sheriff's SWAT team.
Kevin has dedicated his entire adult life to public safety and public service and would now like to serve as sheriff of Kane County.
One example of Kevin's dedication occurred during the blizzard of 2011, which was one of the worst snow events many of us can recall. The snowplows were not running, firetrucks and ambulances could not get through and nearly every county squad car was in a ditch or buried in a snowdrift.
The next morning after the snow finally let up, Kevin Tindall took it upon himself to commandeer a county snowplow and spent the day picking up deputies from wherever they spent the night and got the squad cars back on the street.
This is just one example of Kevin's dedication to the Sheriff's Office, his fellow deputies and the citizens of Kane County. Of all of Kevin's qualifications his greatest attribute is that he knows how to treat people, which is something that is sorely lacking within the current administration.
Unlike the current sheriff, Kevin Tindall will not win an election because of his last name, so please join me in voting for Kevin Tindall for Kane County sheriff on March 20.
