Prospect High School will be casualty if District 57 tax hike fails

Nobody talks about how the reputation of Prospect High School will take a huge hit if the Mount Prospect District 57 Preservation Referendum fails. If the referendum fails and these ridiculous cuts get implemented, Mount Prospect kids won't be ready to compete when they get to Prospect.

I bet the majority of the award-winning Prospect Marching Knights band are District 57 kids. A big reason why homes sell quickly in Mount Prospect is because of the schools; not just District 57, but because of Prospect too.

If voters shoot down this referendum, both school systems' reputations will go in the gutter. No one will want to move here!
