Buffalo Grove building sold for $1.1 million
Entre Commercial Realty said that the firm's Brian Bocci has worked on behalf of the seller, S & W LLC, in the disposition of a 16,500-square-foot building at 730 Hastings Drive, Buffalo Grove.
The property sold for $1.1 million.
This building features an exterior dock; drive-in-door; 16.5-foot clear ceilings; 5,800 square feet of office and 2,700 square feet of mezzanine and office space.
Brendan Green of Colliers International represented the buyer.
