Extra cops at West Aurora after social media threat

Aurora police have assigned extra officers to West Aurora High School today in the wake of a social media post threatening a shooting at "West High."

Police said they are investigating the post's veracity and it does not appear to apply to the Aurora school.

Police said they are continuing to investigate.
