Anger management group formed

A new group dealing with anger management has been formed in Ela Township. Participants will learn strategies and techniques to manage anger, express anger in alternative ways, change hostile attitudes and prevent aggressive acts such as verbal abuse and violence. The group meets Mondays from 9 to 10 a.m. starting March 19 at Ela Town Hall, 1155 E. Route 22. Cost is $25 for a 10-week program led by licenses clinical social workers. Full commitment required.
