Hoffman Estates animal hospital hosts open house Feb. 24

Barrington Square Animal Hospital at 2370 Higgins Road in Hoffman Estates will celebrate the completion of its newly renovated and expanded 10,000-square-foot facility with a free open house from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24.

The event is open to the public and will feature many family-friendly activities such as face painting, children's games, interactive experiences and guest appearances by Chicago Bears mascot Staley Da Bear and Schaumburg Boomers mascot Coop.

Guests also will have a chance to take a tour of the facility accompanied by a veterinarian from the practice.
