KinderCare property sold for $2.27 million

Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate investment services firm, announced the sale of a KinderCare property in Buffalo Grove.

The 7,938-square foot net-leased property sold for $2.27 million, said Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm's Chicago Oak Brook office.

The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Matthew J. Wenger, Chad Lieber and Dominic Sulo, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Oak Brook office. KinderCare is located at 651 Deerfield Parkway in Buffalo Grove.
