District 54 kindergarten registration Feb. 8

Schaumburg Township Elementary District 54 will hold kindergarten registration for the 2018-19 school year on Thursday, Feb. 8.

Registration will take place from 9 to 11 a.m., 1 to 2:30 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at all elementary schools.

Parents should go to their neighborhood school to register, even if applying to attend another school. Lincoln Prairie is not a neighborhood school.

If your child is currently enrolled at the District 54 Early Learning Center and will be going to kindergarten next year, you do not need to register your child at this time.

A child whose fifth birthday falls on or before Sept. 1 is eligible to register for kindergarten in 2018-19.

To expedite the registration process, families are encouraged to begin it online prior to Feb. 8. If you have a student currently enrolled in District 54, you can register through your Parent Portal account. Families new to District 54 can register at sd54.org/registration.
