Blame for shutdowns

I'd like to share some words of wisdom about government shutdowns with my fellow citizens: "A shutdown falls on the President's lack of leadership. He can't even control his party and get people together in a room. A shutdown means the President is weak." Those words were uttered by Donald Trump in 2013 in response to that year's government shutdown. Food for thought.
