District 59 destroying copies of student records

Elk Grove Township District 59 will be scanning and shredding the hard copies of permanent and temporary files of all students from the years 2012-2013. If students or parents would like to request a copy of the records please contact the district registrar by email at benjamin.annemarie@ccsd59.org.

To request a copy records, complete a district waiver for the release. A copy of a current state-issued identification is required.

The physical records will be held in the main district office until March 5. However, the district will maintain a digital copy of the permanent student records.
