Arlington Heights fitness expo Saturday

The Arlington Heights Park District will host its annual fitness expo Saturday to help residents kick off their New Year's resolutions.

The event, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Camelot Community Center, 1005 E. Suffield Drive, will feature free group class demonstrations and a fitness and wellness zone with fitness lifestyle products, services and experts.

Attendees can also sign up for a 25-day fitness challenge, and preschool instructors will offer storytime to children ages 3 and above.
