Police: Woman's wallet stolen at Naperville Trader Joe's

Naperville police are searching for a man and woman suspected of stealing a woman's wallet at Trader Joe's and using her credit card at stores along Route 59.

The wallet was stolen out of the woman's purse around 1:30 p.m. Dec. 12 while she was shopping at the Trader Joe's in the Naperville Plaza shopping center off Gartner Road, police said.

The purse contained credit cards that were used a short time later at stores along Route 59, police said.

Naperville Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest in the case. Anyone who witnessed the theft or has information about the suspects is asked to call (630) 420-6006. Callers may remain anonymous.
