Beware of electricity sales attempts

Lincolnshire officials are cautioning residents not to give ComEd account information to anyone trying to sell electricity door-to-door or over the phone. The village has suspended its electric aggregation program because no companies could beat ComEd's default rate. No one from village hall will knock on residents' doors or make calls trying to sell electricity.
