Republican responsibility

Economist Larry Summers, who served as treasury secretary under President Clinton, predicted that approximately 10,000 more Americans will die each year if the GOP tax bill is allowed to pass with a repeal of the Obamacare mandate. Of course, this number could go higher, or lower but the responsibility is on the right.
