Hoffman Estates chamber announces Celebration of Excellence nominees

The Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce & Industry has selected nominations for its seventh annual Celebration of Excellence awards dinner, which takes place from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 25, at the Chicago Marriott Northwest, 4800 Hoffman Blvd. in Hoffman Estates.

Business of the Year nominees are Hoffman Estates Community Bank, Chicago Marriott Northwest, Muller's Woodfield Acura, Gigi's Playhouse, Red Roof Plus and McDonald's Restaurants.

Small Business of the Year nominees are Media Moon, Minuteman Press, Allen Gabe Law and EXIT Realty Northwest.

Public Sector Partner of the Year nominees are the Hoffman Estates Police Department, the Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee, Schaumburg Township District Library, Elgin Community College and Harper College.

Volunteer of the Year nominees are Lisa Christie of L & M Insurance Associates, Martha Keyes of NIU Outreach, Mike Hanson of Affordable Healthcare Solutions and Kathy Musial of WIPFLi CPAs and Consultants.

Chairman's Award nominees are AMITA Health, Brookdale Hoffman Estates, Cabela's and Tate & Lyle.
