Stopping included?

In response to Ralph Banasiak's letter, "CLAP for safety on foot, cycle": Mr. Banasiak was comprehensive in his writing. One safety concern that he did not, conveniently, mention is whether he and his riding buddies stop or do not stop at stop signs. I would wager a large amount that these safety-conscious riders do not stop at stop signs, and instead blow through them, as most cyclists do. Any takers?
