Wheeling police accepting 'Toys for Tots' donations
The Wheeling Police Department is collecting new, unwrapped toys for the needy until mid-December.
"We are so happy to partner with the United States Marine Corps Reserve by having their Toys for Tots donation box here at the Wheeling Police Department, and anything we can do to help, we will," Police Chief James J. Dunne said in a news release.
Donors can bring new, unwrapped toys to the Wheeling Police Department any time before Dec. 13. No stuffed animals can be accepted, and toys must be in their original packaging.
