Quiet places for teen study in Palatine

Palatine Public Library District will be offering students quiet places to study for final exams. Officials said high school teenagers can take advantage of first-floor story rooms from 1 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 18, through Thursday, Dec. 21.
