Wheeling police accepting Toys for Tots donations

The Wheeling Police Department will collect new, unwrapped toys for the needy through Wednesday, Dec. 13, at its station at 1 Community Blvd. in Wheeling.

"We are so happy to partner with the United States Marine Corps Reserve by having their Toys for Tots donation box here at the Wheeling Police Department, and anything we can do to help, we will," Police Chief James J. Dunne said.

No stuffed animals can be accepted, and toys must be in their original packaging.
