Get tickets for annual Dickens' Soup, Salad and Sandwich Luncheon
On Saturday, Dec. 2, the Women's Guild of Bethlehem Lutheran Church will sponsor its annual Dickens' Soup, Salad and Sandwich Luncheon served from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the fellowship hall at 401 W. Main St. in West Dundee.
Buy luncheon tickets at the door for $7.50 per person. This is a great place to enjoy lunch after the parade, and every cent taken in at the luncheon goes to the FISH Food Pantry.
The annual Dickens' Bake Sale helps fund the food for the luncheon and will be held in the same location from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
Thrivent Financial also contributes to this event to help Bethlehem make a difference in the lives of families in need in our communities.
New this year will be a Mini Bazaar, sponsored by the Bethlehem Sewing Circle, offering for sale articles created by members of the church.
Also on Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Bethlehem will host the annual Dickens of a Christmas Sale sponsored by the Dundee Township Historical Society. This sale is limited to Christmas decorations and Christmas items. This is the seventh year this unique sale has been held at Bethlehem.
