Wego Drama to present book fair, performances

Wego Drama at West Chicago Community High School presents an evening of performances and a book fair from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29, at Barnes & Noble at Geneva Commons Shopping Mall, 102 Commons Drive, Geneva.

The Bookfair Showcase is filled with activities as Barnes & Noble partners with Wego Drama to support its 2017-18 season. Events from 4 to 9 p.m. include cupcake decorating, gift wrapping and the following: kids arts and crafts from 4 to 6:30 p.m.; a "Special Storytime" of children's stories at 5 p.m.; A Cappella Chamber Choir performance at 6:15 p.m.; and a One-Act Comedy at 7 p.m.

The last event of the evening is an Open Mic Night for West Chicago students at 7:15 p.m.
