Westminster Christian earns win

Ben Versluys and Jordan Warrener scored 15 points each Tuesday night to lead the Westminster Christian boys basketball team to a 56-44 win over Chicago Sullivan at the Warriors' own Thanksgiving tournament.

Will Kmieciak added 14 points for Westminster (2-0).

Indian Creek 64, Elgin Academy 32: Also at Westminster, Ethan Hill led Elgin Academy with 10 points.

CL South 62, Wauconda 55: Jon Holloway had 27 points to lead the Gators at the Johnsburg/Richmond tournament. Matt Real added 10 points and Blake Kuffel had 9 for Crystal Lake South (1-1).
