Windy City Wire expands in Bolingbrook

ML Realty Partners said Windy City Wire Cable and Technology Products LLC has executed a long-term renewal and expansion at 386 Internationale Drive in Bolingbrook. The company now occupies the entire 247,500-square-foot facility.

"We are pleased to work together with Windy City Wire to accommodate their organization's growth. The ability to find a long-term solution within the I-55 market was a key factor in their decision," said Patrick Shannon, vice president at Itasca-based ML Realty Partners.

ML Realty Partners is a long-term real estate investor who focuses on both the acquisition and development of industrial real estate in the Central United States.
