Wolf's Crossing School's First McTeacher's Night at the Aurora McDonald's

On Tuesday, October 24th, Wolf's Crossing held a super successful McTeacher's Night Fundraiser at the Aurora McDonald's at 2230 S. Eola Rd.

Thirty-five teachers took over the restaurant serving up delicious meals to friends and families of Wolf's Crossing to help raise money for the general fund and to be used to promote college and career readiness for their students.

The teachers and McPrincipal Sulkson and Assistant Principal Rainaldi worked hard all night long cleaning counters, working the drive-up, singing for tips and selling Pies in a Pie costume! Principal Sulkson and McTeacher Woods took turns in the Pie costume to sell pies and raise money for the school.

Many selfies and Pictures were taken with these fun Wolf's Crossing teachers. Alderman Edward Bugg even came out in support of Wolf's Crossing.

A special thank you goes out to Wolf's Crossing Assistant Principal Jeff Rainaldi who organized the entire event. Also, a special appearance by school mascot, Wonder the Wolverine made the night extra special as he greeted all the families at the door.

The event was courtesy of the Aurora McDonald's Owner/Operator, the Schmitt Family. For more information on this McDonald's and their events, please contact their Community Relations Director at Julie.travers@comcast.net
