Column for a bird cage

I don't have a bird cage, but I almost went out and bought one just so I could put her editorial of Oct. 18, "Is there hope for conservative re-tooling after Trump?," in the bottom of the cage. If the Daily Herald would be so kind as to put a big marker above the person's name and say, "I am a flaming Democrat," then I could read the editorial and smile and say, "What can you expect?"
