Gail Borden Library to offer 'Halloween Happenings'
Gail Borden Public Library's popular Halloween Happening costume parade will be held at two locations for some early trick-or-treating!
The program for infants to second-graders will be from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25, at the main library, 270 N. Grove Ave. in Elgin.
Preschoolers and kindergartners can join in from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31, at the Rakow Branch, 2751 W. Bowes Road in Elgin.
Enjoy games, crafts and stories by storyteller Linda Gorham at the Family Fall from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26, on the outdoor stage at the main library.
