Adelphia brokers Plainfield building sale

Adelphia Properties recently arranged the sale of an industrial office building at 12360 S. Industrial Drive East in Plainfield for an undisclosed sum.

The 12,000-square-foot industrial/office building was remodeled in the last few years. The property was 100 percent vacant at time of closing.

George Spirrison, CCIM, of Oak Brook-based Adelphia Properties, represented the private buyer in the transaction.
