Carpentersville Moose Lodge hosts spaghetti dinner benefit

The Carpentersville Moose Lodge 1958 will host a spaghetti dinner fundraiser from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, at the Carpentersville Moose Family Center, 309 Lake Marion Road.

The menu features spaghetti and meatballs, salad, bread and dessert.

Cost is $10 per plate or $5 per plate for children, age 5 or younger.

Receive a special raffle ticket if you donate a pair of warm socks or gloves.

Proceeds will go toward Ja2Soon which provides support, resources and outreach to anyone impacted by substance abuse disorder.

Next month, the Women of the Moose Chapter 883 will have its annual Fall Bazaar. It will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4. There will be crafters and vendors with something for everyone. There will be food available to purchase. Proceeds will go to Moose Charities and local organizations.
