This, we can afford?

As I understand it, HB40 allows for something on which I have not read any comment. This bill, which Gov. Rauner signed, allows for taxpayers to pay for abortions initiated by state employees. I guess our budget is not in as bad of shape as the lawmakers would tell us, as they and the governor have put the taxpayer on the hook for another state employee benefit.
