Pink ribbon cookies on sale at Arlington Heights hospital

Northwest Community Healthcare is selling pink ribbon cookies this week to raise money for its Gift-a-Mammogram program, which provides diagnostic mammograms and follow-up procedures for 100 uninsured women annually.

The large, cutout cookies are $3.50 each and available for purchase Oct. 9-13 in the cafeteria of the Arlington Heights hospital, 800 W. Central Road.

October marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
