Libertyville 3, Andrew 0: Ryan Wittenbrink, Evan Rasmussen and Parker Jachim scored for the Wildcats in the nonconference match, and Thomas Pearson made 3 saves to earn the shutout.

Riley Hoff had a pair of assists, and Austin Becker contributed an assist as well

At Belvidere: Grayslake Central finished third in the Buc Classic, improving to 10-5-2. Matt Glab scored the hat trick in a 7-0 win over Woodstock in the Rams' first-round match. Grayslake Central, which led only 1-0 at halftime, also got goals from Ozzy Gaytan, Ethan Mendoza, Henry Morrison and Owen Aaberg.

Keeper Greg Madjarov (1 save) picked up the shutout.

Plainfield North edged Grayslake Central 1-0 in the semifinals, despite 5 saves from Madjarov.

The Rams finished up by blanking 1-0 Rockford East in the third-place game. Daniel Orozco scored the game's only goal, while Madjarov (1 save) earned his sixth shutout.

Sterling won the tournament with a 4-1 win over Plainfield North.
