Public hearing Oct. 17 for Fairfield/Monaville roads project

The Lake County Division of Transportation will hold its final public hearing Oct. 17 on the intersection improvement study at Fairfield and Monaville roads in Lake Villa Township.

The open house hearing will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. at Lake Villa Township offices, 37908 N. Fairfield Road, in Lake Villa.

The purpose of the meeting is to present the proposed improvements and its impacts to public land. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about the project, view exhibits of the improvements and provide feedback. Project representatives will be available to discuss the project and answer questions.
