Kingswood to host 12th annual Harvest Fest

Kingswood United Methodist Church is holding its 12th annual Harvest Fest for the church and community Saturday, Oct. 7, at 401 W. Dundee Road, Buffalo Grove.

The event, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., includes a petting zoo, bouncy castle, children's games, pumpkin sales and decorating, bake sale, fair trade merchandise, food and free family photo. All events are free. There is a nominal charge for food.

At 3 p.m., the award-winning Kingswood Glory Fingers Creative Ministry Team will perform along with the Kingswood Praise Band.

Guests are asked to bring a canned food item to support Kingswood food pantry.
