Northwest Circle of Friends OctoberLuncheon and program

The Northwest Circle of Friends Ladies Social Club invites you to our monthly luncheon on October 10, 2017, 11:30 at D&J Bistro, 466 S. Rand Rd. Lake Zurich Cost: $31.00. Immediately following lunch will be our program entitled "The Neuroscience of Healthy Living," presented by Dr. Julia DiGangi. Dr. DiGangi, a clinical psychologist with the NeuroHealth Partners Organization, specializes in helping clients develop a more mentally fit brain by minimizing stress.

Stress is linked to almost every ailment imaginable and it is difficult to clear our minds from the burden of stress, especially around the holidays! Dr. DiGangi, will cover three topics: 1.) How your brain works; 2.) How stress affects your brain; 3.) What science suggests are simple things you can do to help your brain get stress under control.This interactive presentation, offered in an engaging and easy to understand manner, will introduce you to the latest that brain science has to offer. Come learn about ways to become more mentally fit and make your life more enjoyable!

The Northwest Circle of Friends is a women's social club and philanthropic organization supporting local charities. Guests and new members are always welcome.
