Habitat for Humanity hosting fundraiser in Palatine

Spring of Life, a suburban partnership of Habitat for Humanity, is hosting its 3rd annual "Brick by Brick, Building in Faith" fundraiser Saturday, Oct. 7.

The fundraiser is from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Harper College Performing Arts Center, 1200 W. Algonquin Road in Palatine.

The event is a chance to learn about the nonprofit organization, meet volunteers and hear from homeowners. There will be a gift basket raffle, silent auction and wine pull.

Appetizers and dessert will be served, along with a cash bar. Felix and Fingers Dueling Pianos will perform.
