Montini needed a touchdown and 2-point conversion by quarterback Nick Orlando with 33.8 seconds to go to pull out a 29-28 win over Brother Rice, avenging last year's blowout loss to the Crusaders.

Thriller, part two

Trailing 14-13, Drake Davis drove Naperville North 80 yards with no timeouts and scored on a 9-yard touchdown run with 23 seconds left to lift to lift the Huskies to a 21-14 victory over Lake Park.

Thriller, part three

Naperville Central faced a 9-point fourth-quarter deficit but rallied to a 43-37 victory over Waubonsie Valley thanks to Payton Thorne's 31-yard touchdown pass to Ethan Allgauer with 46 seconds left.

Thriller, part four

West Chicago nearly pulled out a victory against Larkin, but the Royals came up with a game-winning stop in the final minute. They held on fourth-and-goal at the 1-yard line to preserve a 22-20 victory.
