Stop signs needed at Harter and Scott

I think the latest death at the intersection of Harter and Scott in Sugar Grove should be a wake-up call for the government involved.

A 4-way stop sign is needed here to slow the Harter traffic from 60-70 mph to prevent another accident there. It would also protect kids who live nearby and the school south of there.

Cutting the brush back for better visibility is not the total answer.
