Where are our foreign friends now?

Where is the European aid when you need it? Are there any euros coming out of France to help the people of Houston? What about England or Germany. Have we heard anything from them?

And what about our friends in the Middle East? Have Israel or Saudi Arabia even offered anything?

Let's ask Congress to halt any financial aid going anywhere outside our territories and borders until Houston is rebuilt, our entire infrastructure is made sound, our veterans are properly cared for and the homeless are sheltered and fed.
