Taylor to seek third term on Lake County Board

Lake County Board Member Craig Taylor has announced he will seek reelection to a third term representing the county's 19th District.

The Lake Zurich resident says he wants to continue efforts to reduce traffic gridlock, improve transportation, increase economic development and maintain a high quality of life.

Taylor was appointed in 2009 to replace Michael Talbett, who resigned. He was elected in 2010 and 2014 to represent District 19, which includes Deer Park, Kildeer and Lake Zurich, as well as portions of Barrington and Long Grove.
